Morning Yoga
Jennifer Lee  |  Saturday & Sunday, 8:30am – 9:30am in Meeting Room, Gateway Lodge
This hour-long yoga class will gently build heat to get you moving. We’ll link simple standing postures with breath and movement, building strength, then move to the floor to open tight muscles, paying special attention to the places we all carry tension: the shoulders, hips and back. Whether you are a long-time practitioner or brand new to yoga, this class is suitable for you. Expect a gently challenging, fun experience—a great start to your day!

About the Presenter
Jennifer Lee has practiced yoga for fifteen years, having traveled twice to India to study. She teaches yoga at South Hills Power Yoga and writing at the University of Pittsburgh. Introduced to Gateway Lodge during one of SHPY’s annual yoga retreats, Jennifer loves sitting in the Great Room and looking out at the winter woods; she also loves the food. In the spring, she plans to go trekking in Nepal.
