“Winter in the Woods” Tasting at Gateway Lodge  |  December 7th & 14th, 2019
Celebrate the holiday season with a five-course tasting at Gateway Lodge. Live music accompanies dinner. Wine pairings from our award-winning list will be offered to complement your experience. Seatings at 5:30pm and 8pm. $120 per couple. Wine pairings are an additional $25 per person and to be paid for at time of dinner. *Tickets go on sale on 11.16.19. Let yourself be carried away this winter at the Gateway Lodge. Take a ride on a beautiful horse-drawn carriage in the heart of Cook Forest on each Saturday of the Winter in the Woods Weekends. As you go dashing through the snow along River Road, snuggle close to that someone special and take in the breathtaking scenery. New Year’s Eve Holiday Tasting  |  December 31st, 2019  |  5:30 & 8pm
Gallery Room guests can reserve the three-night New Year’s Eve package for $699 per couple. Cabin guests may join in on the tasting and entertainment for $170 per couple. Wine pairings are an additional $25 per person and to be paid for at time of dinner.

Ridgway Chainsaw Carvers Rendevous  |  Last weekend in April
Each year, 25,000 people flock to this town in the gorgeous highlands known as the Pennsylvania Wilds to witness this event, a showcase that allows more than 200 chainsaw carvers from all over the world to display their talents, mingle with their peers, share and learn new techniques, and teach the craft to others. World Champions create one-hour “quick carve” sculptures and work on larger, more complex pieces of exceptional beauty and complexity throughout the week. There is also plenty of music, an auction of chainsaw art, the chance to buy large and small pieces from the assembled artists, communal meals, live music, and much more.
